Some studies have suggested an increased risk with early oral contraceptive use or many years of estrogen replacement at menopause. Other studies have not shown an increased risk with either oral contraceptive use or estrogen replacement therapy. These findings need further study. • A low-calorie, low-fat (especially animal fat), high-fiber or Oriental-style diet may decrease risk.
